About this Position
Build client-critical software at KeY2Moon
At KeY2Moon Solutions, you will work on real client problems that affect revenue, operations, and customer experience. We combine agency speed with engineering discipline, so people who join us get broad ownership and measurable impact.
Direct exposure to product, architecture, and client decision-making
A multi-role SaaS platform has strong technical capability but poor task completion rates because key workflows are hard to navigate for non-technical users.
The client has multiple stakeholder groups with conflicting expectations. We need design leadership that can balance user clarity, business goals, and implementation constraints.
You will own workflow redesign from discovery to shipped interface, collaborating tightly with product and engineering.

Requirements
• You have redesigned high-friction workflows and improved adoption metrics in shipped digital products
• You can justify design decisions with evidence from usability findings, analytics, and stakeholder constraints
• You communicate clearly with engineers and can break designs into delivery-ready increments aligned to real sprint capacity
• You are comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving scope and cross-team dependencies
Nice to have
• Experience with enterprise admin and operations interfaces involving dense information architecture
