A B2B operations platform is losing expansion revenue because enterprise users face inconsistent onboarding, broken workflow states, and delayed reporting.
The client has a partially rewritten stack and fragmented ownership. We need someone who can untangle existing modules, ship features safely, and keep momentum with weekly stakeholder demos.
You will lead execution of high-priority flows from design handoff to production rollout, while improving architecture quality in parallel.

Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing workflows using React, TypeScript, and Node.js services backed by PostgreSQL
• Reduce release risk by introducing incremental refactors, stronger API contracts, and Redis-backed caching where latency is hurting user flow
• Partner with product and QA to convert ambiguous requirements into shippable scopes with Playwright and integration-test coverage
• Provide technical guidance on frontend/backend boundaries, schema evolution, and rollout sequencing for adjacent modules
Requirements
• You have led delivery in mixed legacy + modern stacks and can stabilize TypeScript/Node.js services without freezing roadmap work
• You can diagnose production-impacting issues across React UI state, backend API behavior, and SQL data integrity
• You are comfortable balancing immediate client deadlines with long-term code health through pragmatic architecture decisions
• You can drive ownership across frontend, backend, data, and integration boundaries with clear technical tradeoff communication
Nice to have
• Experience in enterprise onboarding and account provisioning workflows built on role-based access patterns
• Experience presenting delivery progress and technical risk directly to client product leaders
• Previous exposure to agency or consultancy delivery models with multi-project context switching
